We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday; we will make every effort to despatch your order within 2 working days whenever possible (we can't ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays).

I won’t be home for my delivery, can the courier leave my item in a safe spot?

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or in some cases Returned to Sender.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PACKAGES TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED OR WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not currently send any orders or items overseas.

My order hasn't arrived?

We always try and get our orders out as quickly as possible, you will receive a notification with a tracking number once the order/item is ready to be sent.

If your order has not been sent after 5  business days, please submit an enquiry so we can follow this up for you.

Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods (DG) items (like aerosols, batteries, flammables, corrosives, etc) must be handled & shipped in compliance with requirements to ensure safe transport & delivery of goods.

DG items cannot be shipped via air, this means we cannot send DG items with express shipping!

We cannot ship DG items to a PO Box or parcel locker due to safety regulations, please ensure you enter a street address when checking out.

Can I pick up my items in store?

Yes, Items or order’s can be picked up from Ducati Mornington (Victoria) if you have placed an order and chosen the pickup option.

Stock Availability

Ducati Mornington is manually monitored, please if your order is urgent, contact us first before placing an order. In some situations, stock may have sold out in store without removing availability online. We reserve the right to decline an order based on lack of stock availability, but we will always get in contact with you first.

If you see an item on our site and would like to come in store and try it on please call the store first to confirm we have the item available.
